U Červených domků Park Gains a New Landmark

U Červených domků Park in Hodonín, which is being transformed into a modern space for sports, relaxation, and community gatherings, has gained a new landmark. The construction company has completed a climbing wall and a modern workout area with distinctive red elements that catch the eye from afar. Our foundation has long been active in the city, particularly in the renewal of the Bažantnice area, which was struck by a tornado in 2021.
The main construction works in the park have been completed. A climbing wall, running track, and modern workout zone have been built. In October 2025, perennial planting began, followed by tree planting, which will enhance the park’s natural beauty and provide pleasant shade. In spring 2026, new amenities will be added – benches, waste bins, and a basketball hoop – as the space prepares for its official opening.
The transformation of U Červených domků Park is part of our Transformations of Cities programme. Its aim in Hodonín is to create a modern, nature‑friendly public space that connects generations and strengthens the city’s community life. The project is being developed in cooperation with the city administration, architects, experts, and the local community and is funded from multiple sources.
