Our Scholarship Holder Adam Znamirovský, Honoured at the Verbier Festival Academy

The Verbier Festival Academy annually celebrates talented young musicians through a range of special awards – from the top honor, the Prix Yves Paternot, to various professional development grants.

The Edwin Caplin Foundation Award is presented to the Academy’s top students as a recognition of their outstanding achievements. This year, the jury decided to share the award among two exceptional junior participants in addition to Adam: Roa Lee (violin, South Korea) and Luis Dias Canali (piano, Spain). Each recipient received 1,600 Swiss francs.

According to the jury, this year’s junior group was truly remarkable, and the accomplishments of these young musicians during the Academy fully merit recognition.

We warmly congratulate Adam and extend our thanks to everyone who supports his journey. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, he is able to continue developing his extraordinary talent on an international level.
