The project connects young Czech and American pianists through a series of concerts and workshops. Its goal is to enable exchange of experience, support musical development, and foster direct collaboration between young pianists and experienced musicians.
The event will feature six outstanding young Czech pianists: Valentýna Ibriqi, Magdaléna Kovářová, Adam Znamirovský, Nora Lubbadová, Jan Schulmeister, and Vivi Nguyen. Professional guidance and mentoring will be provided by Pavlína Dokovská and Vladimir Valjarević from Mannes School of Music, as well as Lukáš Vondráček. Mannes School of Music will host the masterclasses on its campus.
The programme includes concerts, masterclasses with American teachers, performances at major New York venues, and attendance at Lukáš Vondráček’s recital at Carnegie Hall. The project will culminate on 23 February 2026 with a joint concert by the young performers and Lukáš Vondráček at Bohemian National Hall. An informal meet‑and‑greet with the artists will follow after the concert at Bohemian National Hall.
