Hradištko Kindergarten

We transformed the previously unused southern part of the garden into a space designed to emulate a house. The garden was divided into six sections, and we are pleased that both children and teachers use it in all weather conditions.

If you want to support this project, you can do so as a volunteer.

About the Transformation

What we achieved

The house concept has provided: a hallway, a living room, a kitchen, a lecture room, a relaxation area, and a workshop. We helped bring a former monastic garden in a small village near Prague back to life through educational and community activities. We equipped the area with water collection systems, pathways, and seating around a table on a slope. Children's time in the garden has been enriched with features such as a sound installation, a rain stick, a climbing net set, and a slide. They can also enjoy experiencing a sensory path made of natural materials, a meadow labyrinth, and an outdoor laboratory.
