Vivi Nguyen
Although Vivi belongs to the youngest generation of pianists and has only been playing the piano for four years, she has achieved promising success. Vivi performed at the Golden Prague International Television Festival and, as the youngest participant, began honing her skills this year at the MenArt scholarship academy under Ivo Kahánek's guidance.
Vivi’s strengths, evident from an early age, include a very serious, almost professional approach to study, remarkable performance consistency for her age, and a distinctive stage presence. Her inclusion in the KKFF scholarship program has significantly opened doors to competitions and masterclasses, motivating and supporting her continued musical growth.
Greatest achievements
- First place in the district round of the Ministerial Piano Competition and advancement to the regional round, where she again won first place (2024)
- First place at the Jižní Město Music competition in Prague (2024)
- Gold Certificate at the Dvořák for Young Musicians Competition (2021)
- First place at the International Piano Talents Competition in Milan
- First place at the Pro Bohemia International Competition in Ostrava
- Third place and Prize for the Youngest Participant at the Virtuosi per musica di pianoforte International Competition in Ústí nad Labem
