Lawyer of the Foundation
Jana is responsible for the Foundation's entire legal agenda. She prepares and reviews contracts; negotiates with contractors and grant recipients, and ensures that all documents submitted to the Board of Trustees are legally sound. She also provides ongoing support to colleagues in dealing with day‑to‑day legal issues. She ensures that all legal processes comply with both the law and the Foundation's values.
